SAP HCM Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP HCM solutions for clients across various industries.
• Provide technical expertise on Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits Administration, Compensation & Recruitment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee data management.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation or support role.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking etc. .
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise systems like SAP HCM is required.
