Description:
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP BIB-based replication solutions.
- Configure and support master data replication between:
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- SAP ERP HCM
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass, and other SAP cloud applications
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into integration solutions.
- Configure data mappings, transformation rules, and replication monitoring.
- Troubleshoot replication errors and data inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.
- Lead data migration and system integration activities.
- Perform impact analysis, testing, and deployment planning.
- Develop technical and functional documentation.
- Provide production support and drive continuous process improvements.
- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer activities.
