SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP HCM SuccessFactors solutions for clients across various industries.
• Provide expert-level support to clients on US Payroll, Canada Payroll, Time & Labor management using SAP HCM modules such as PDS (Payroll Data Services).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on SAP HCM SuccessFactors implementation or support.
• Strong understanding of US Tax laws and regulations related to employee compensation and benefits.
• Proficiency in creating complex schedules using schema tools like Personal Assistant (PA) or similar applications.
