Mandatory skills

1. SAP GTS experience 3–7+ years of hands-on SAP Global Trade Services experience, depending on seniority.
2. Legal Control / Compliance Management – Export control, license determination, embargo checks, and sanctioned-party list (SPL) screening.
3. Customs Management – Import/export customs declarations and customs processing; T1 transit experience is relevant.
4. AMS / Production Support – L2/L3 support, incident resolution, root-cause analysis (RCA), SLA management, and ticket handling.
5. SAP ECC/S/4HANA integration – Understanding of feeder-system integration and trade-compliance master data.
6. Trade compliance knowledge – Customs regulations, sanctions, export controls, and preferential origin.
