SAP GRC and Security Manager

MST GRC Practice is looking for a Manager to play a critical role in showcasing practice capability and driving revenue growth. The role holder would be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Managing the client and various stakeholders for SAP Security/GRC Access Control and Process Control-related projects.
• Owning and managing the team to accomplish the project deliverables in SAP security/GRC.
• Mentoring the team members and guiding the team in addressing the critical issues.
• Providing business solutions and process improvement.
• Providing Level three support for SAP security/GRC.
• Managing incidents and service requests in a ticketing tool.

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor's Degree, with a minimum of 10+ years' experience in SAP GRC and SAP Security; SAP certification and ITIL are preferable.
• Experience in SAP Security ECC/BW/BOBJ/HANA and GRC.
• Subject Matter Expert in GRC Access control, EAM, Process control and GRC upgrade expert.
• Minimum of one implementation of SAP GRC, SAP security projects and Process control.
• Experience in clean security cleanup projects.
• Strong understanding of SOD issues and controls.
• Experience in SAP GRC system configuration setup and troubleshooting SAP security/GRC related issues.
• Good handson experience in SAP user/Role Administration across all the SAP systems in the landscape.
• Good (English) communication skills and the ability to interact and network with both external stakeholders, internal stakeholders and other data collection specialists.
• Ready to work on 24/7 support.
• Should be able to demonstrate all the Controls implemented to Auditors before the audit program execution.
• Good knowledge of changing the PC Master data based on the business requirement.
• Should be able to support the business users in the remediation process and clear all the technical issues.
• Should be able to manage the audit program by clearing all the queries raised by the internal and external audit team.
• SAP GRC Process Control with a minimum of 1 Implementation and 1 Support project experience.
• Experience in Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) of GRC PC.
• Creation of Organization Structure and hierarchy.
• Creation of Regulations and their requirements, and setting up Business process hierarchy.
• Experience in converting the RACM into a Technical GRC PC Control Matrix.
• Good understanding of the overall business flow and Business process cycles, and should be able to handle the walkthrough of Controls to arrive at the technical feasibility of GRC Process Control.
