Job Description

We are looking for experienced SAP / Functional Engineers with strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functional testing and business process validation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and executing test cases, validating business workflows, managing defects, and collaborating with SAP functional and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute functional, end-to-end, integration, and regression testing.
• Validate SAP business processes, application behavior, and data.
• Prepare test data, document execution evidence, and maintain test records.
• Identify, report, track, and retest defects.
• Support SIT, UAT, release testing, and deployment activities.
• Coordinate with SAP functional consultants, developers, and automation teams.
• Report testing progress, defects, risks, and completion status.

Mandatory Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software testing / Quality Engineering, including SAP functional testing.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA business processes.
• Experience in test case preparation, execution, and defect management.
• Knowledge of regression testing, test data preparation, and test documentation.
• Ability to understand functional requirements and identify positive, negative, and edge-case scenarios.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

SAP Workstream Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

• OTC Order-to-Cash
• RTR – Record-to-Report
• VIM – Vendor Invoice Management
• SAC – SAP Analytics Cloud
• STP – Source-to-Pay
• WHS – Warehouse
• TM – Transportation Management
• PRD – Production
• SCP – Supply Chain Planning
• MDG – Master Data Governance
• SAP Security, Basis, or Integrations

Good to Have

• SAP Fiori or web-based SAP application testing.
• Exposure to Tricentis Tosca, Playwright, or other automation tools.
• SAP integration testing, API testing, and data validation.
• Experience with Jira, qTest, or other test management tools.
• Exposure to AI-assisted testing and test case generation.
