Job Summary

Role: SAP Functional Consultant. Seniority Level: Senior. Preferred Education: B.Tech / B.E. Required Experience: 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Lead and drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous-improvement initiatives across production, procurement, inventory, warehouse, quality, and supply-chain functions.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, workflow documentation, and operational guidelines; create and monitor MIS reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support ERP-enabled transformation projects, and present findings and recommendations to leadership.

Must-Have Skills/Technologies

• Process Mapping, SOP Development & Workflow Optimization
• Agile or Lean or Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies
• MIS Reporting, Data Analysis & KPI Management
• SAP
• Finance or Supply chain or Manufacturing or Industrial Operations knowledge

Good-to-Have Skills/Technologies

• Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred)
• Advanced statistical / data-visualization tools (e.g., Minitab, Power BI, Tableau)
