SAP FSCM Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP FSCM solutions across Credit Management, Collections Management and Dispute Management.
• Define credit segments, credit rules, scoring models, automatic credit checks, collection strategies, worklists, dispute case types and workflow rules.
• Support integration of SAP FSCM with finance, order-to-cash processes, customer accounts and external credit agency interfaces.
• Lead requirements workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration support and end-user training.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, investigate functional issues and coordinate enhancements with technical teams.

Skills Required:

• 4-8 years of relevant SAP experience, including at least 2 years in SAP FSCM.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FSCM and SAP S/4HANA FSCM implementations or support projects.
• Strong functional understanding of FSCM Credit, Collections and Dispute Management processes.
• Practical experience with BRF+ rules and workflows used in S/4HANA credit processes.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications and integration requirements for FSCM solutions.

Good to Have:

• Experience with SAP Credit Management, SAP Collections Management, SAP Dispute Management, FI-AR, SAP SD and order-to-cash processes.
• Exposure to SAP Treasury and Risk Management, SAP Cash Management or In-House Bank.
• Experience with CIBIL, Experian or other credit bureau integrations.
• Knowledge of SPRO configuration and functional debugging.

Education: MBA, preferably in Finance; CA or CMA qualifications are also relevant.
