SAP Fiori Apps Consultant / Developer

Role Purpose 

The role will design, develop and support SAP Fiori applications that simplify business processes for corporate, airport, airline, hotel and field users. The consultant will combine user-centred design with secure, maintainable integration to SAP back-end services. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and develop SAPUI5 and Fiori applications using approved development standards. 
• Configure Fiori Launchpad, catalogs, spaces, pages, tiles, target mappings and role assignments. 
• Build and consume OData services and integrate applications with S/4HANA or ECC. 
• Use Fiori elements and freestyle UI5 appropriately based on the business requirement. 
• Work with business users to understand tasks, mobility needs and usability constraints. 
• Support responsive and mobile scenarios for managers, procurement users, maintenance teams and other operational users. 
• Perform unit testing, performance analysis, security testing and defect resolution. 
• Prepare technical designs, deployment documentation and user guidance. 

Required Technical and Functional Competencies 

• SAPUI5, Fiori elements, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and OData. 
• Fiori Launchpad administration and role integration. 
• SAP Business Application Studio, Git and deployment processes. 
• Understanding of S/4HANA processes and mobile/field-user requirements. 

Education and Preferred Certifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related discipline, based on the role. 
• SAP Fiori or SAPUI5 certification is preferred. 
• SAP BTP development certification is desirable.
