SAP Finance Functional Analyst ( Payment Factory and SAP Central Finance)

• This role is critical for supporting reliable payment processing, banking integrations, and treasury-related financial operations across SAP systems, ensuring smooth system integration, effective functional support, and successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA migration initiatives.
  
  

Role & Responsibilities

• Support Payment Factory functionality and integration between source systems and SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
• Assist with functional integration requirements across connected SAP Finance systems.
• Support identification and resolution of payment processing and integration issues.
• Work on banking and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) setup and integration.
• Support integration with source systems, SAP CFIN, SAP FSCM, BCM, BAM, and related components.
• Assist in resolving banking-related functional issues and supporting integration requirements.
• Support SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) functionality.
• Work with Bank Communication Management (BCM) and Bank Account Management (BAM) components.
• Coordinate functional requirements and integration activities across relevant SAP banking components.
• Support In-House Cash and In-House Banking functionalities.
• Assist with related functional processes and integration requirements.
• Contribute to resolving functional issues associated with these components.
• Support the flow and integration of foreign exchange (FX) rates between external and internal SAP systems.
• Support SAP Treasury and Risk Management processes.
• Assist in addressing functional requirements related to foreign exchange and treasury operations.
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA migration projects and steady-state operations.
• Participate in end-to-end project activities, including design, development, testing, validation, training, and deployment.
• Support functional testing, issue resolution, and validation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support timely completion of project activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand and support functional requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving functional and integration issues.
• Support ongoing SAP Finance operations and contribute to continuous improvement of functional processes.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance.
• Experience with Payment Factory solutions and SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
• Knowledge of banking processes and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) integration.
• Experience with SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Bank Account Management (BAM).
• Knowledge of In-House Cash and In-House Banking functionalities.
• Experience supporting FX rate integration between external and internal SAP systems.
• Understanding of SAP Treasury and Risk Management processes.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA migration projects and steady-state operations.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance functional roles.
• Relevant hands-on experience with Payment Factory and SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
• Experience with banking and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) integration.
• Exposure to SAP FSCM, BCM, BAM, In-House Cash, and In-House Banking.
• Experience supporting FX rate integration and SAP Treasury and Risk Management processes.
• Experience contributing to SAP S/4HANA migration projects and steady-state operations.
• Ability to support end-to-end project activities, including design, development, testing, validation, training, and deployment.
  
  

Preferred

• SAP Signavio certification.
• Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migrations using process mining insights.
