Job Summary

Serve as a project manager driving implementation and optimization of SAP FICO and S4 HANA ABAP solutions in a hybrid work model ensuring delivery of high quality financial systems. Coordinate cross functional teams manage timelines and scope and align technology outcomes with enterprise value creation and efficient multi channel operations in a day shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end planning and execution of SAP FICO and S4 HANA ABAP projects by defining scope milestones and success criteria that align with enterprise financial transformation goals.
• Coordinate project activities across cross functional stakeholders and technical teams to ensure timely configuration development and testing of SAP financial solutions that support business continuity.
• Drive requirements gathering sessions with finance and operations partners to translate complex accounting needs into clear SAP FICO and S4 HANA ABAP specifications that improve process accuracy.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of detailed project plans risk registers and status reports to provide transparent visibility into progress dependencies and mitigation actions for all involved teams.
• Manage project risks and issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions that keep delivery on track without disrupting critical financial operations.
• Collaborate with SAP functional and ABAP development experts to validate design decisions and ensure that system changes are robust scalable and aligned with multi channel business scenarios.
• Guide integration and user acceptance testing cycles by setting entry and exit criteria coordinating test execution and ensuring that defects are resolved before deployment to production.
• Monitor project financials including effort resource utilization and budget consumption to maximize value from investments in SAP FICO and S4 HANA solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and walkthroughs with business users to demonstrate new functionalities gather feedback and refine configurations that drive adoption and measurable efficiency gains.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards for documentation configuration management and change approval so that SAP landscapes remain stable and auditable.
• Support post go live stabilization by coordinating hypercare activities tracking incidents and enabling smooth transition to support teams for sustainable operations.
• Align project outcomes with company objectives by focusing on improved financial transparency faster reporting cycles and more reliable multi channel transaction processing.
• Utilize hybrid work practices by organizing clear communication routines and collaboration methods that maintain productivity and inclusion regardless of location.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess strong hands on experience in SAP FICO configuration and financial process mapping that enables accurate reflection of complex business scenarios in the system.
• Demonstrate solid exposure to S4 HANA ABAP development including enhancements and custom objects that extend standard capabilities for finance and multi channel workflows.
• Apply deep understanding of at least one multi channel business environment to design processes that support consistent customer and transaction experiences across platforms.
• Exhibit proven project management experience between eight and twelve years with successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives using structured methodologies.
• Show proficiency in stakeholder communication and negotiation to manage expectations resolve conflicts and secure timely decisions that keep project plans feasible.
• Maintain familiarity with hybrid work collaboration tools and practices that support efficient coordination of distributed SAP project teams.
• Display strong analytical and problem solving abilities to interpret complex financial data flows and propose system changes that minimize manual work and errors.
  
  

Certifications Required

Preferred certifications include SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP S4HANA for Financial Accounting and PMP or equivalent project management credential.
