Sap Fico Support Consultant

We are looking for an SAP FICO Support / Associate to support day-to-day SAP Finance and Controlling activities, troubleshoot user issues, maintain financial data, and assist in SAP-related processes.

The candidate should have a good understanding of SAP FICO, accounting fundamentals, and business processes, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 SAP FICO support to business users.
• Handle SAP FICO-related incidents, service requests, and user queries.
• Support daily FI and CO transactions and processes.
• Assist users with issues related to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
• Support financial postings, document verification, and transaction processing.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and identify the root cause of SAP issues.
• Validate financial data and investigate transaction discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support bank reconciliation and financial reporting processes.
• Coordinate with technical and functional teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation of incidents, solutions, and process procedures.
• Assist with SAP testing, configuration changes, and system enhancements.
• Support master data activities related to customers, vendors, and GL accounts.
• Follow defined SOPs, SLA, and IT support processes.
• Escalate complex issues to senior SAP consultants or relevant teams.
