SAP FICO Principal and Senior Principal Consultant

SYNCAIP is Hiring: SAP FICO Consultants Principal & Senior Principal Roles
We are looking for experienced SAP FICO Consultants to join our team for permanent positions across the UK and India.

Locations
Onshore – UK
Offshore – Pune / Bangalore

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO
• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Strong knowledge of core Finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling
• Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, and support projects
• Strong understanding of integration with modules such as SD and MM
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and provide functional leadership
• Experience handling complex business requirements and resolving critical functional issues
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience
• Multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
• Experience in global SAP transformation programmes
• SAP certification in Finance / S/4HANA would be an advantage
