• As a SAP-FICO-Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will enable clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.
  
  In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, partnering with team leadership to validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. You will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same, effectively mentoring others and addressing conflicts or issues with clients and team members.

Qualification : Any Graduate or Above
