SAP FICO - Manager / Senior Manager/ Sr Consultant Immediate Joiner

Lead the implementation of SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into SAP solutions.

- Configure and customize SAP FICO settings to optimize financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.

- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and provide training to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Prepare documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO enhancements and best practices, recommending improvements to existing processes.

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.

- SAP certification in FICO is preferred.

**Good-to-Have Skills:**

- Experience with integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (SD, MM, etc.).

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Project management experience is an advantage.
