• 10 to 12 years of SAP experience (covering FICO)
• 3+ years as a lead.
• Minimum of 4 end-to-end implementations required.
• Proven experience in migration and integration

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, with a strong background in leading SAP FICO implementations and optimizations.
• Expertise in SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
• Proven experience in full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, from blueprinting through to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Extensive knowledge of financial accounting principles and controlling processes.
• Strong SAP FICO configuration skills and experience with integration between SAP FICO and other modules (SD, MM, PP, etc.).
• Experience with data migration, user training, and testing (including UAT).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills related to SAP FICO issues.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams of SAP consultants.
• Experience on the custom enhancement
• Project documentation
• Highly competent in the FICO module of SAP S/4 HANA
• Dynamic, result oriented Team Player with intensive SAP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and expectations.
• In-depth understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls related to SAP FICO processes.
