SAP FICO Lead

Position: SAP FICO Lead Consultant
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP FICO implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
• Handle a team of SAP FICO consultants and provide technical/functional guidance.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications (BRD/FS).
• Configure and support FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO modules (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing).
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, cross-functional SAP teams, and project managers.
• Manage issue resolution, change requests, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure project delivery within timelines and quality standards.
• Mentor junior consultants and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of SAP FICO experience with implementation and support projects.
• Strong expertise in FI and CO modules.
• Hands-on experience in GST, taxation, and financial business processes.
• Experience in S/4HANA is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and team-handling experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
