We are recruiting for SAP FICO Lead - DELHI (Location)

Location : DELHI

Notice : Immediate to 15 Days

Mode of Work - Onsite to Office (Hybrid)

Job Description :

Lead SAP FI and CO Implementation , Rollout , Enhancement , and support Projects.

Configure and Manage GL,AP/AR , Asset Accounting , Bank Accounting , Taxation and Controlling.

Handle CO Processes including Cost Center Accounting , Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders , Product Costing , and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Solutions.

Prepare functional specifications and Coordinate with ABAP teams for development.

Manage integration with MM , SD , PP and other SAP Modules.

Support month end and year end financial closing activites

Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root-cause analysis.

Lead testing, UAT, data migration, cutover, and deployment activities.

Conduct workshops with business stakeholders and provide functional guidance. Mentor team members and review functional solutions and documentation.

Ensure SAP best practices and implementation standards are followed.

Mandate Skills

8-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.

Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO.

Good knowledge of S/4HANA Finance.

Strong experience in GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, and Taxation.

Strong CO experience covering CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA.

Experience in SAP integration with MM, SD, and PP.

Experience in at least one or more SAP implementation/rollout projects.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Experience in leading a team or handling projects independently.
