Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 6+ years of experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO solutions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
• Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules.
• Work on end-to-end implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects.
• Configure and maintain:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Bank Accounting
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Internal Orders
• Product Costing
• COPA (Profitability Analysis)
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize finance processes.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, and production support activities.
• Support integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, and HCM modules.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.
• Expertise in:
• GL, AP, AR, AA
• Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting
• COPA
• Product Costing
• Internal Orders
• Tax Configuration
• Banking & Electronic Bank Statements
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting business processes.
• Experience in support, enhancement, and implementation projects.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and month-end closing activities.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation experience.
• SAP FICO Certification.
• Experience with Central Finance (CFIN).
• Knowledge of FSCM, Group Reporting, and Treasury.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
