Sap Fico Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP FICO solutions.
• Implementation & Configuration: Set up and customize General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets, and Cost/Profit Center Accounting.
• Cross-Module Integration: Integrate financial workflows with logistics and supply chain modules like MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and PP (Production Planning).
• Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder workshops to map Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Testing & Support: Perform unit and system integration testing (SIT), resolve production support tickets, and ensure compliance (e.g., SOX controls).
• Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain financial statements, Fiori dashboards, and profitability analysis (CO-PA) models

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules.
• Experience in configuration and customization of SAP FICO processes.
• Understanding of financial accounting principles and controlling processes.
• Knowledge of integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
