About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP FI/CO incidents, service requests, and change requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders
- Support month-end/year-end closing activities and finance business processes
- Analyze business requirements and configure SAP FICO solutions accordingly
- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams
- Monitor system performance, identify root causes, and ensure SLA compliance
- Support testing, documentation, and deployment of enhancements and fixes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in SAP FICO support and configuration
- Good understanding of core finance and controlling processes
- Experience in Implementation/ managed services / AMS support environment
- Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with integration points between SAP FICO and other modules is preferred
