Sap Fico Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, GST, and Withholding Tax processes. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of SAP FICO experience, including at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project, and possess strong configuration, integration, and support capabilities across Finance and Controlling modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and production support activities.
• Configure and manage SAP Finance and Controlling processes including:
• Configure and support Asset Management processes in SAP.
• Design and maintain Validations and Substitutions to meet business control requirements.
• Configure and support Bank Accounting, including:
• Manage GST, Withholding Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Support GL Master Data management, account clearing processes, and financial reporting requirements.
• Develop and support Report Painter/Report Writer reports and other financial reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Work closely with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, forms, reports, conversions, and workflows.
• Participate in testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Production deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Minimum 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Implementation project experience.

• Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Asset Accounting
• Assessment & Distribution Cycles
• Report Painter
• Hands-on experience in SAP FICO Validations and Substitutions.
• Strong knowledge of Bank Accounting, H2H interfaces, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Experience in GL Master Data management, account clearing, and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of SAP integration with:
• SAP MM
• SAP SD
• SAP PS
• Good knowledge of WRICEF Objects (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
