Sap Fico Consultant

The SAP FICO Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, support, enhancement, and optimization of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes. The role involves collaborating with business users, analyzing requirements, configuring SAP solutions, supporting integrations, and ensuring stable operations across financial and controlling functions.

SAP Finance (FI)

• Configure and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Taxation.
• Manage financial closing activities including month-end and year-end processes.
• Configure and support New GL, Document Splitting, Parallel Accounting, and Financial Statements.
• Support intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

SAP Controlling (CO)

• Configure and support Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Design and maintain allocation cycles, assessments, and settlements.
• Support budgeting, planning, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

Business Process & Support

• Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Controlling stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
• Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Integration Management

• Work closely with SAP MM, SD, PS, SuccessFactors, ECP Payroll, SAC, Group Reporting, and third-party systems.
• Support interfaces, data migration, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration across enterprise applications.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and support.
• Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, taxation, and statutory reporting requirements.
