Job role- SAP FICO Consultant

Experience Required: 9+ years

Technology Landscape: SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP

Required Skills and Experience-

Minimum 9 years of SAP FICO consulting experience, covering implementation, support and rollout projects.

Proven experience in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, with implementation or support exposure in a RISE with SAP environment.

Strong hands-on configuration expertise across core FI and CO modules.

Demonstrated experience integrating FICO with MM, SD, PS, RE-FX and HCM/HR.

Experience supporting multi-entity finance processes, financial reporting and period-end closing.

Exposure to Real Estate Management (RE-FX) and Funds Management.

Strong knowledge of data migration tools and approaches, including SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, with familiarity with LSMW and BDC for applicable legacy scenarios.

Experience in cutover planning, data validation and financial reconciliation.

Sound understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, including SAP Activate, and project quality processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation and presentation skills.

Ability to manage client interactions, work independently and collaborate effectively with business users, consultants and technical teams.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA financial consolidation or Group Reporting.

Experience in real estate or businesses operating across multiple entities.

SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Information Technology or a related discipline; CA, CMA or MBA Finance would be an advantage.
