Role Summary:
Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, support SAP FI modules, and coordinate end-to-end process improvements. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver financial solutions and support project activities.
What Youll Do:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Support SAP FI modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting
- Analyze financial business processes and define end-to-end As-Is and To-Be process flows
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Collaborate with SAP, Data Warehouse, and other teams to translate financial business requirements into ETL mappings and reporting solutions
- Coordinate system integration with SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD) and third-party applications
- Resolve data and interface issues
- Support testing activities such as Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and production validation
- Provide production support for troubleshooting SAP Finance and Data Warehouse issues
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including BRDs, Functional Specifications, process flows, user guides, and training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery, change management, user training, production deployments, continuous improvements, and stakeholder communication
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Experience supporting SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting)
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Experience analyzing financial business processes and defining process flows
- Experience coordinating system integration with SAP modules and third-party applications
- Experience supporting testing activities (Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, production validation)
- Experience preparing and maintaining project documentation
