Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated SAP FICO Consultant with hands-on experience in the Real Estate industry to join our growing team. The candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules and have worked on end-to-end implementations, support, or enhancement projects within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP FICO solutions aligned with Real Estate business processes.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Integrate SAP FICO with other modules such as MM, SD, PS, and RE-FX.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and process flows.
• Conduct system testing, UAT support, and user training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize financial processes and reporting.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in SAP FICO.
• Strong knowledge of:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Internal Orders
• Banking & Electronic Bank Reconciliation
• Experience in integration with MM, SD, and Project Systems (PS).
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience working with Real Estate clients/projects is mandatory.
• Knowledge of SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• SAP FICO Certification preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
