Core Expertise (Must-Have Skills)

• SAP FICO (FI & CO) configuration, support, WRICEF objects and end-to-end implementation
• SAP ECC, S/4HANA Finance (core functionalities)
• Financial Accounting: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting
• Controlling: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product costing, WIP, COPA
• Expertise in Cross Module Integration areas (Sales (Rebates) Accruals, Procurement)
• Financial Closing & Reconciliation processes
• Integration with MM, SD, and PP modules
• Requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
• Strong experience across end-to-end business processes with deep functional understanding
• Solid SAP ECC expertise with mandate experience in legacy systems
• Hands-on knowledge and deep dive in WRICEF objects, Functional Specifications (FS), and requirement gathering
• Technical awareness of business needs and ability to bridge functional-technical gaps
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder communication and deliver clear documentation
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills ensuring operational excellence
