1. SAP FICO RAR

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• 5+ years of SAP FICO experience with 3+ years of hands-on SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting).
• Experience in blueprinting, solution design, configuration, and RAR integration with FI, SD and/or FI-CA.
• Minimum one full lifecycle SAP RAR implementation, including RAR migration.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Recognition processes.
• Experience with BRF+ is preferred.
• Understanding of IFRS 15 and accounting concepts.
• Experience in S/4HANA is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation and presentation skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering detailed functional designs.
• Hi-Tech or Software industry experience is preferred.
• CA / ICWA / CPA / Masters in Finance is preferred.

2. SAP FICO Treasury

Key Skills:

• Treasury consulting experience
• Strong SAP FICO integration knowledge

3. SAP RMCA / FI-CA + Billing + FICO

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP FI-CA with business blueprint, design, configuration, testing and cutover activities.
• Experience configuring FI-CA Posting Areas, Reconciliation Keys, Convergent Invoicing, Events and BRF+.
• Experience with EDI / IDoc interfaces.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications, test scenarios and test scripts.
• Strong experience in end-to-end testing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills.

4. SAP S/4HANA FICO

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Experience working in highly integrated, cross-functional SAP environments.
• Perform detailed system analysis and develop functional/technical specifications.
• Recommend solutions for Retail business applications.
• Work closely with POS, Data Warehouse, ABAP, Basis and other teams for SAP Retail design and implementation.
• Engage with business users to understand requirements and develop conceptual solutions.
• Perform SAP configuration, modifications and setup for new projects and enhancements.
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO and S/4HANA processes.
