SAP FICO Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate workshops to collect and document business requirements, mapping them to SAP functional processes.1 Process Analysis Perform detailed business process analysis across R2R, P2P, and O2C workstreams.1 Master Data Management Lead initiatives related to Vendor and Customer Master Data, ensuring accuracy and consistency within the SAP environment.1 Solution Design Partner with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and evaluate solution options (ECC or S/4HANA).1 Quality Assurance Manage testing cycles, including the creation of test plans, test scripts, and overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).1 Impact Assessment Conduct detailed assessments for upstream and downstream Non-SAP systems connected to the SAP ERP.1

Required Skills & Experience Total Experience Minimum of 12+ years of overall IT experience. SAP Expertise At least 7+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant or Business Analyst.1 Domain Knowledge Deep functional knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules (ECC or S/4HANA) and their integration with other modules.1 AstraZeneca Context Prior experience as a Business Analyst within AstraZeneca, specifically on Vendor and Customer Master Data projects, is highly preferred. Methodologies Proficiency in Agile delivery and the use of tools like JIRA for requirement tracking.1 Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.1
