SAP FICO Associate

We are looking for an SAP FICO Associate with 2–5 years of relevant experience to join our team in Bibwewadi, Pune.

Location: Bibwewadi, Pune

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO
• Experience in SAP FICO implementation, support, rollout, or enhancement projects
• Experience working on international projects
• Exposure to overseas work culture and global clients
• Ability to handle customers independently
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel internationally based on project requirements
• S/4HANA Finance experience is an added advantage
• SAP FICO certification is a plus

What You'll Do

• Handle SAP FICO functional activities across projects
• Understand business requirements and provide appropriate SAP solutions
• Independently interact with customers and manage functional discussions
• Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders
• Support implementation, testing, issue resolution, and project delivery
