SAP FI & CO Associate Consultant

We are looking for experienced SAP FI & CO Consultants with strong functional and configuration expertise across SAP Finance and Controlling. The consultant will work on implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support engagements, with exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement-gathering and business process workshops with clients.
• Design and configure SAP FI & CO solutions based on business requirements.
• Handle functional and configuration activities across FI and CO processes.
• Work on integration of SAP Finance with Logistics and other business modules.
• Participate in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Analyze business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders during project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in SAP FI/CO or SAP FICO.
• Strong functional and configuration knowledge of SAP FI & CO.
• Minimum 1 greenfield SAP implementation experience.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.
• Good understanding of integration between FI/CO and Logistics modules.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a client-side deployment environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
