Consulting - SAP FI - AR Manager:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Manager - FI Accounts Receivable (AR) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of global receivables processes within SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Accounts Receivable processes, with hands-on experience in banking integrations, collections, dispute management, and receivables transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FI-AR solution design, implementation, and support across global business units.
- Manage and optimize AR processes including customer invoicing, cash application, collections, dispute resolution, dunning, and account reconciliation.
- Drive and support:
- Bank Communication Management (BCM) Integration
- Interest Calculation Configuration and Processing
- AR Correspondence Management
- Customer Account Statements
- Lockbox Processing and Cash Application
- HighRadius Integration for Collections and Dispute Management
- Collaborate with finance, treasury, banking, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
- Lead transformation initiatives, process automation, and continuous improvement programs.
- Manage project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional teams.
Skills and attributes for success
- Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of SAP Finance experience with strong expertise in SAP FI-AR.
- Proven experience with SAP BCM, Lockbox, Interest Calculation, Account Statements, and Correspondence Framework.
- Experience integrating SAP with HighRadius Collections and Dispute Management solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, OTC processes, and finance transformation programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
