SAP Expert

Experience Range: 7-12 Years

Location: Pune, Bangalore, Gurgaon

Responsibilities

• Incidents, Problems Service request resolution adhering to SLA
• Implementation of system change requests and releases
• Perform root cause analysis
• Impact assessments
• Understanding, analysis and timely resolution of issues faced during project deployment/support cycles
• Test case / test data preparation and testing of application change releases
• Document day to day tasks and related processes to prepare a knowledge base of support activities
• Requirement understanding data gathering
• Interface batch job monitoring
• Good experience on AMS project
• Specify and document change requests (business process specification)
• Authority: will be responsible for development, delivery support in assigned area of work
• Monitor, track, resolve and report tickets on support activities
• Act as a point of contact for the client for any issues that occur in assigned area of work
• Accountability: build up knowledge in assigned areas and system understanding
• Will have to co-ordinate and communicate directly with client / business users as per the job requirements
• Customer support for issue resolution according to SLA
• Should deliver on time high-quality development support services

Technical Skills

• Primary skill SAP S/4 Production Planning
• Good experience on the SAP PP front along with hands on experience on Batch Management, Process Management, MRP, SOP, Bill of Material, Work Scheduling, Work Center, Production Order, Shop Floor, Demand Management, Master Production Scheduling, KANBAN
• Experience in MRP area, MRP live
• Process Fiori Apps hands on is a must
• Hands on experience on Production API
• Should have worked on Manual Batch determination and Batch Derivation using Batch Search Strategy and Sort Strategy
• Know MTO Make-To-Order and Make-To-Stock scenarios
• Must have knowledge Shop-Floor, Forecasting, SOP, Capacity Planning, iPPE MMPE
• Behavioural Skill: Interpersonal skills and team working
• Excellent communication skills (written spoken English)
• Analytical and Problem Solving abilities
• Must be able to work independently as well as with team can manage own workload
• Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
• MS Office, MS-Project knowledge
• Must have Integration Knowledge PP with MM Modules, EWM modules

Qualifications

• Experience in min 3 end-to-end implementation projects preferably in automotive industry
• Good to have SAP ABAP knowledge with debugging skills
