TCS is seeking an experienced SAP ERP Warehouse Management (WM) Delivery Manager to lead large-scale SAP WM support, enhancement, rollout, and transformation programs. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery management, client engagement, team leadership, service governance, and SAP WM solution delivery across global implementations and support engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Program Management

• Manage end-to-end SAP WM delivery for global clients.
• Ensure successful execution of SAP WM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and quality metrics.

SAP WM Solution Leadership

• Provide leadership on SAP Warehouse Management processes including:
• Inbound Processing
• Outbound Processing
• Inventory Management
• Putaway Strategies
• Picking Strategies
• Physical Inventory
• Transfer Orders
• Storage Unit Management

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer leadership.
• Conduct governance reviews and steering committee meetings.
• Manage escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and delivery excellence.

Team Leadership

• Lead onsite, offshore, and global SAP WM teams.
• Mentor functional consultants, leads, and architects.
• Manage performance, utilization, and capability development of delivery teams.

Service Management

• Govern SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery metrics.
• Drive incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL and organizational delivery standards.
