SAP ERP Project Systems

Role & responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to project management and project accounting.
• Configure and support SAP Project System (PS) module as per business requirements.
• Design and implement project structures including WBS elements, networks, milestones, and activities.
• Configure project planning, budgeting, cost allocation, and settlement processes.
• Work closely with business users and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications for developments, reports, enhancements, and interfaces.
• Support data migration, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-production activities.
• Provide end-user training and production support

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP PS.
• Experience in:
• Project Planning & Scheduling
• Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Networks & Activities
• Project Budgeting & Cost Planning
• Project Execution & Monitoring
• Project Settlement
• Progress Analysis
• Resource Management
• Strong integration knowledge with:
• SAP FI/CO
• SAP MM
• SAP SD
• SAP PM
• Experience in configuration, support, and implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of project accounting and cost management processes.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
