SAP ERP Human Resource (HR) : Payroll

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage employee data, including master data setup, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of salary payments through SAP HCM module.
• Collaborate with finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to employee compensation.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for all aspects of human resources management.

Job Requirements :

• Deep technical and functional knowledge on data modeling and processes - Employee Systems ( HR), UKG, ADP Global view Payroll, SAP HR
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP HCM (Payroll) module.
• Experience with master data setup, maintenance, and reporting in SAP HCM.
