About this role
Lead Analyst SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
Experience: 10+ years
Shift: Monday to Thursday 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (1day WFH)
**Candidates must be willing to work from the customer Bangalore office
Key Requirements:
- Strong SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM) expertise
- End-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
- Experience leading large ERP transformation programs
- Requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Asset lifecycle management
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Team leadership and mentoring experience
- Knowledge of SAP module integrations (MM, FI, CO, etc.)
