SAP End User (Japanese-Speaking) Professional

We are seeking an SAP End User with strong Japanese-language proficiency to support SAP S/4 operations and communication within a global business environment. The ideal candidate will possess functional SAP knowledge, strong communication skills in Japanese, and relevant industry experience.

• Work as an SAP S/4 End User to support day-to-day functional operations.
• Handle transactional activities, data updates, and process execution across relevant SAP modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Japan-based stakeholders.
• Assist in issue logging, troubleshooting coordination, and SAP-related documentation.
• Communicate effectively in Japanese for operational discussions, reporting, and coordination.

• Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above.
• SAP S/4HANA skillset at Junior level with 3+ years of experience (5+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of business processes within SAP.
• Ability to read, write, and converse fluently in Japanese.

• Experience in the automotive industry (not mandatory but an added advantage).
• Familiarity with multi-national company workflows and cross-cultural communication.

A detail-oriented professional who is comfortable using SAP in daily operations and can communicate seamlessly in Japanese. A background in SAP support within the automotive sector will be a strong plus
