Job Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits.
• Manage benefit programs including reimbursements, allowances, insurance, pensions, and other employee benefit plans.
• Configure eligibility rules, benefit schedules, enrollment processes, and event-based benefit management.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations.
• Support global benefits catalog governance and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Perform system testing, documentation, and post-production support.
• Provide accurate reporting and insights related to employee benefits and eligibility.

Mandatory Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Certification is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in Employee Central Benefits module.
• Strong understanding of Benefits Administration and Employee Lifecycle processes.
• Experience in configuration, implementation, and support of EC Benefits solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Experience in global EC Benefits implementations.
• Exposure to multi-country benefits configuration and rollout.
• Knowledge of integrations with other SAP SuccessFactors modules is an added advantage.
