Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP EHS Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, and Incident Management modules, along with integration knowledge across SAP ERP/S4HANA landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and provide SAP EHS solutions.
• Configure and support SAP EHS modules including:
• Product Safety
• Dangerous Goods Management
• Occupational Health
• Industrial Hygiene & Safety
• Incident/Accident Management
• Manage specification databases, phrase management, and report generation.
• Configure Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and chemical compliance processes.
• Support regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with business teams to streamline health, safety, and environmental processes.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for custom developments.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and production deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Participate in enhancements, rollouts, and support projects.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP EHS configuration and support.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Product Safety
• Specification Management
• Phrase Management
• Report Management
• Dangerous Goods Management
• Incident Management
• Occupational Health
• Experience in Safety Data Sheet (SDS) generation and compliance reporting.
• Knowledge of chemical, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or oil & gas industry processes.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, and PM modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP EHS Certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EHS.
• Knowledge of Global Label Management and Regulatory Content Management.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience in global EHS compliance projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP EHS consulting experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
