Job Description:

Role Summary:

As SAP DWC SAC Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing data warehouse modelling for SAC stories. You should be strong in technical and functional aspects of the tool. You will also be responsible for managing project timelines and deliverables, as well as providing technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.

Key Requirements:

Story and Dashboard Development: Creation of interactive dashboards and analytical applications to deliver business insights.

Data Modelling: Designing analytical models, including calculated measures, restricted measures, and advanced formulas.

Connectivity: Experience with both live and import data connections to SAP HANA, OData Services, SQL Databases, and Microsoft Excel.

Data Acquisition: Importing and transforming data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and performance optimization.

Performance Optimization: Tuning stories and models for efficient performance and faster rendering.

Security and Administration: Managing roles, permissions, and data security within SAC.

Advanced Features: Utilizing Smart Insights, Predictive Scenarios, and scripting for custom functionalities (if relevant)

Key Job Responsibilities

Education & Qualification:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related field

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience designing and implementing data warehouse solutions using SAP technologies.

• Strong knowledge of SAP data warehousing tools such as SAP SAC, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP Data Services, and SAP Information Steward.
• Experience with data modelling and data architecture principles
• Experience with SAP Business Objects and other reporting tools is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills must for the Job

• Should be able to work independently and communicate clearly with business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SAP IS Retail is desirable.

• Should be a team player.
