SAP Delivery Lead || Lagos, Nigeria

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP Programme & Delivery Leadership
• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP programmes, including SAP S/4HANA (private

cloud) transformation, SAP ECC upgrades, rollouts, migrations, integration with

third parties, and application modernisation.

• Establish and manage delivery governance, methodologies, milestones,

deliverables, and quality standards.

• Manage delivery across implementation partners, SAP teams, internal IT,

business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

• Own the integrated programme plan and ensure delivery against agreed scope,

schedule, budget, and business outcomes.

• Coordinate multiple SAP workstreams and ensure effective dependencies

across functional and technical teams.

• Oil & Gas Business Process Delivery preferred

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering,

Business, or a related discipline.

• 17+ years of experience in SAP delivery, programme management, or large-scale

SAP transformation.

• Proven experience leading major SAP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA

programmes.

• Significant experience working within the Oil & Gas / Energy sector.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex SAP programmes involving

multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of SAP delivery methodologies, preferably SAP Activate.
• Experience managing systems integrators and SAP implementation partners.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, integration, data migration, testing,

cutover, and organizational change.

• Experience managing programme budgets, resources, risks, issues, and

executive reporting.

• Strong understanding of enterprise integration and interfaces between SAP and

non-SAP applications.
