Key Responsibilities Explained
1. Manage SAP Datasphere BAU Activities
- Monitor daily loads and data pipelines.
- Resolve data refresh failures.
- User access management.
- Incident and service request handling.
- Performance monitoring and issue resolution.
2. Data Modeling
- Create Fact, Dimension, Analytical Models.
- Build graphical and SQL Views.
- Create semantic layers for reporting.
- Develop business-ready datasets.
3. Data Integration
- Connect SAP S/4HANA, BW, ECC systems.
- Integrate non-SAP sources such as SQL databases, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, etc.
- Develop Data Flows, Replication Flows and Transformation Flows.
4. Build Views & Data Flows
- Create Graphical Views.
- Analytical Models.
- Data Flows for ETL processes.
- Data validation and reconciliation.
- Schedule and monitor loads.
