We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data migration projects, with a focus on ensuring the seamless transfer of data to SAP systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP environments.
Develop and implement data migration strategies and plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy during migration processes.
Perform data mapping and transformation to meet SAP requirements.
Create and maintain documentation related to data migration processes, including data dictionaries and mapping documents.
Test migrated data to ensure compliance with business requirements and SAP standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues as they arise.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in SAP data migration projects (8-12 years).
Strong knowledge of SAP modules and data structures (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC).
Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tools.
Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages.
Familiarity with data mapping and data quality tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
