Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (LTMC) and Legacy System Migration Workbench (LTMOM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

. Lead and execute end-to-end data migration activities using SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM).

. Analyze legacy data and map it to SAP data structures, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

. Prepare migration objects, templates, and transformation rules for SAP S/4HANA migration projects.

. Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation between legacy systems and SAP.

. Collaborate with functional consultants to understand master and transactional data requirements.

. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve migration errors during data loads.

. Develop and maintain migration-related documentation including test scripts, mappings, and migration logs.

. Support cutover and go-live activities ensuring smooth transition of data to SAP S/4HANA.

. Provide post-migration support for data-related issues.

Required Skills:

. Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (LTMC) and LTMOM.

. Expertise in data mapping, transformation, and data validation.

. Good understanding of SAP Master Data (Material, Customer, Vendor, etc.) and Transactional Data migration.

. Knowledge of SAP modules like MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, PM is a plus.

. Proficiency in Excel, CSV, or other data formats used for migration.

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

. Experience with cutover planning and go-live support.

Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

. SAP S/4HANA migration project experience of minimum 4-6 years.

. SAP certification in Data Migration, S/4HANA, or relevant modules is desirable.
