SAP Cutover Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Strategy: Develop the master cutover plan/checklist, identifying black-out periods, dependencies, and business constraints.
• Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for technical, functional, and business teams to align activities.
• Execution: Lead the "Go-Live" weekend(s) activities, including system lockdown, data migration, validation, and hypercare handover.
• Risk Management: Identify potential issues, define mitigation strategies, and establish rollback procedures if necessary.
• Communication: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership throughout the cutover window.
• Testing: Conduct rehearsals and cutover dry runs (mock cutovers) to ensure system readiness.
