Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP Customer Service (CS) processes and service orders.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents/service requests based on priority.
• Map business requirements to SAP CS solutions and optimize service processes.
• Provide AMS support for SAP CS business operations.
• Prepare functional specifications, support testing, and provide post-go-live support.
• Analyze and improve existing SAP CS processes for operational efficiency.
• Handle Incident Management and Problem Management activities.
