Sap Crm Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM configuration, implementation, integration, and production support. The candidate should have strong functional knowledge of SAP CRM Sales/Service processes, Master Data, Order Management, Lead & Opportunity Management, Pricing, and CRM-ECC/S/4HANA integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM functional solutions.
• Configure and support SAP CRM 7.0 business processes.
• Work on CRM Master Data, Business Partners, Products, Organizational Management and Partner Determination.
• Configure and support Sales Order Management, Lead Management and Opportunity Management.
• Handle Pricing, Condition Technique, Transaction Types, Status Management, Date Profiles and Action Profiles.
• Work on Campaign Management, Activity Management and Marketing processes.
• Support SAP CRM Interaction Center / Customer Service processes.
• Work on integration between SAP CRM and SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
• Monitor and troubleshoot CRM Middleware and interface-related issues.
• Perform functional testing, integration testing, UAT and defect resolution.
• Participate in business requirement gathering, blueprinting and fit-gap analysis.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP/technical teams for enhancements.
• Provide post-go-live support, incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Prepare functional documentation and conduct knowledge-transfer/training sessions.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams and offshore/onshore stakeholders.
