About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP CRM solutions for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop customized solutions using SAP CRM tools such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP CRM systems ensuring seamless adoption and optimal usage.
- Troubleshoot issues related to SAP CRM implementations and provide timely resolutions.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in implementing or supporting SAP CRM projects.
- Strong understanding of HANA implementation principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in developing complex reports using BEx Analytics or other reporting tools.
