Role: SAP CRM Functional Consultant
Experience: 3+ Years
- Strong experience in SAP CRM implementation and support.
- Hands-on experience in SAP CRM Sales and Service processes.
- Experience in SAP CRM WebUI configuration and customization.
- Good knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware and integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
- Experience working with SAP HANA and CRM-HANA integration.
- Good understanding of Business Partner, Customer, Product, and Organizational Management.
- Experience in CRM business processes such as Lead, Opportunity, Quotation, Sales Order, Service Request, and Service Order.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Good experience in production support, issue analysis, and root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with technical and business teams to resolve SAP CRM issues.
- Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and project documentation.
- Knowledge of IDoc, RFC, Web Services, and SAP PI/PO/CPI integration is preferred.
